may 7 14

9:36 am Watermelon slice, miso soup and  three slices of bread lots of black COFFEE!   Need to freeze bananas and find some cinnamon sticks for tea. I'm just going to put times instead of meals because i don't actually eat on a schedule.


12:11 banana peanut butter ice cream, made from two bananas and a tbs of peanut butter.  Ate half of that and a plate of hash browns, no oil or butter.

Veganing today

Need to lose about 40 pounds, since weight loss is boring I figured a blog might spice up an otherwise unappetizing pursuit.  The basic framework here is that I will post what I ate that day and a day by day picture of myself as an experiment. Super excited? Me neither.  Here goes.


Breakfast -Cream of wheat with cinnamon and *gasp* honey, cause I don't care about saving the bees this moment.

Snack- Toast with coconut oil.

Lunch- whole grain spinach pasta.

Snack-grapes
